What to expect when you reach out for the first appointment

Reach out

The first step is simply to reach out. Our intake coordinator will take the time to identify your needs and match you with a provider who is the best fit for your presenting issue, schedule, location, and insurance or financial needs. We will collect your insurance information if applicable.

We will try our best to get an estimate copay for your first appointment if you prefer to use your insurance.

Please call us directly or click "schedule an appointment" on the top of this page to enter your information.

Scheduling

Once we receive your information, and identify the provider who we think will be the best for you, your intake / assessment appointment will be scheduled.

We send out a access code to activate your portal.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session to assure we have all documentation that we need.

Intake & Assessment

The initial appointment is for both you and your therapist to determine if the provider is the best fit for you and your needs. In the event that the connection doesn’t feel quite right, the provider will consult with the team and we will suggest who we think will be the best fit. Ultimately, YOU have the freedom to decide which counselor is the best fit for you.
