Women's DBT Meditation & Skills Group. Wednesdays at 12:00. Mesa
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2024 from the University of Phoenix. Choosing this profession was deeply personal for me. I’ve faced challenges in my life, and therapy played a transformative role in helping me overcome them. Through the therapeutic process, I’ve healed from past trauma, gained greater self-awareness, become a more empathetic and kinder person, and cultivated stronger, healthier relationships.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey—one where the effort you invest directly impacts the growth and healing you achieve. Life rarely unfolds as planned, but therapy can equip you with the tools to navigate its complexities and emerge stronger. My goal as a counselor is to support my clients in fostering growth, gaining insight, embracing change, and finding healing. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on this journey.
On a personal note, I am the proud mother of two teenage boys and embrace my role as a “boy mom” wholeheartedly. Much of my time is spent cheering them on at soccer matches or shuttling them between activities. When I’m not immersed in family life, I enjoy trying new experiences—most recently, I’ve taken up skateboarding. I also love attending concerts, Diamondbacks games, and adventuring outdoors with my family.
Thank you for considering me as a partner in your path to wellness. I look forward to working with you.
